lyrics
You hear deafening noises in a club
So you check in
But you're a punk rocker
So you desperate and you scream
Long haired figures with chains are coming your way
It was a big mistake to get inside
And now there's no use in praying
[BRIDGE]
We are coming for you
Crashin, smashin
We will roll over you
Ragin' with metal
[CHORUS 1]
Just watch out, run for your life
Steamroller is here to smash you
Save yourself, be quick or be dead
Steamroller is here to mangle you
You play your music
On consoles and computers
You're so proud
And you call your music a new movement
But we are coming for you, don't try to hide
Little stupid raver be shure
That you're the next in line
Bastards!
[BRIDGE]
We are coming for you
Crashin, smashin
We will roll over you
Ragin' with metal
[CHORUS 2]
Just watch out, run for your life
Steamroller is here to smash you
Save yourself, be quick or be dead
Steamroller is here to mangle you
Don't resist can't kill the beast
Metal is the final winner
Don't resist, feel the fist
Steamroller is your killer
Shout-out to Max Weber for putting together this kickass little compilation. If you’re looking to check out songs from some of the most recent Ripple Music releases, this is a great place to start. Every one of these songs is absolutely fantastic and serves as a great primer for anyone new to the label. Kirk Gauthier
I can’t believe I’m just now finding this band. I lucked into finding them by reading an old interview with The Skull members Eric Wagner, Ron Holzner, and Jeff Olson (All three formerly of Trouble, too). They’ve been broken up for almost a decade now. Such a shame; they should have and still should be HUGE! The vocalist has some amazing pipes! If you listen to the first song and don’t buy it, it’s quite possible you have zero taste when it comes to heavy music. Jason Gilbert
This record is a wild ride. Perfect for a session with your preferred vice. The song structures vary, but always hold that 70’s psych vibe, with great tone and production quality. This would be epic live, hint hint covid, fuck off!! Justin@BlindMouse
