lyrics
Saxons is their name and they're coming tonight
Don't try to run 'n' hide
Holding axe 'n' chains they will chop you down
Looks like you're gonna die
You can see them on the front, see them on your back
Noone gets out
They're breathing battlefire right down your spine
Hear them scream and Shout!
[CHORUS 1]
When your death is near it's more than crystalclear
That your time is up
Warriors are coming, The Legions Of Torment
Are on the attack
Slaughter is the law, survival of the fittest
They kill the weak
Chilling winds surround you, guess you are the pray
Drop down to your knees
Bearing demon power the sorcerers of evil
Have cast their spells
On a killng spree the saxons of the fire
Go for your heads
[CHORUS 2]
When your death is near it's more than crystalclear
That your time is up
Warriors are coming, The Legions Of Torment
Are on the attack
Ain't no use in hiding you'd better start running
Try to save your ass
Gonna skin you alive, The Legions Of Torment
Make you face their axe
Saxons is their name and they're coming tonight
Don't try to run 'n' hide
Holding axe 'n' chains they will chop you down
Looks like you're gonna die

Shout-out to Max Weber for putting together this kickass little compilation. If you’re looking to check out songs from some of the most recent Ripple Music releases, this is a great place to start. Every one of these songs is absolutely fantastic and serves as a great primer for anyone new to the label. Kirk Gauthier

I can’t believe I’m just now finding this band. I lucked into finding them by reading an old interview with The Skull members Eric Wagner, Ron Holzner, and Jeff Olson (All three formerly of Trouble, too). They’ve been broken up for almost a decade now. Such a shame; they should have and still should be HUGE! The vocalist has some amazing pipes! If you listen to the first song and don’t buy it, it’s quite possible you have zero taste when it comes to heavy music. Jason Gilbert

This record is a wild ride. Perfect for a session with your preferred vice. The song structures vary, but always hold that 70’s psych vibe, with great tone and production quality. This would be epic live, hint hint covid, fuck off!! Justin@BlindMouse
