lyrics
I'm sober (sober)
Something's going wrong
Out of money,feeling desperate
And i'm ready to expolde
Walking down the street tonight
Cursing my hard luck
But what the hell is going on
The ground begins to crack
[CHORUS 1]
Falling and falling (I'm falling)
Down deep in a hole
Falling and falling
Guess I'll be sober no more
A bright sign says "Welcome"
Get your ass inside
Have some burbon then some some rum
Then beer should be fine
Naked women dancing
All hell's breaking loose
Is this heaven is this hell
Well I'm the man to choose
[CHORUS 2]
Drinkin' 'n' drinkin'
Then I drink some more
Drinkin' 'n' drinkin'
Then stumbling, passing out on the floor
Hellfire ladies dancing
How far will I go?
Suddenly I wake up
And damn just what I see
Sleeping on a sitting bench
Shit it was a dream
I take a look around me
Bottles on my toes
Oh yeah! What a night...
I'm gonna sleep some more
[CHORUS 3]
Fallin' 'n' fallin'
Then I drink some more
Drinkin' 'n' drinkin'
Then stumbling, passing out on the floor
Shout-out to Max Weber for putting together this kickass little compilation. If you’re looking to check out songs from some of the most recent Ripple Music releases, this is a great place to start. Every one of these songs is absolutely fantastic and serves as a great primer for anyone new to the label. Kirk Gauthier
I can’t believe I’m just now finding this band. I lucked into finding them by reading an old interview with The Skull members Eric Wagner, Ron Holzner, and Jeff Olson (All three formerly of Trouble, too). They’ve been broken up for almost a decade now. Such a shame; they should have and still should be HUGE! The vocalist has some amazing pipes! If you listen to the first song and don’t buy it, it’s quite possible you have zero taste when it comes to heavy music. Jason Gilbert
This record is a wild ride. Perfect for a session with your preferred vice. The song structures vary, but always hold that 70’s psych vibe, with great tone and production quality. This would be epic live, hint hint covid, fuck off!! Justin@BlindMouse
